8(a) STARS II GWAC

The 8(a) STARS II GWAC is a competitive multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) set-aside contract vehicle for small businesses that participate in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) program. STARS II is an efficient, flexible way to order Information Technology services and solutions worldwide, while accruing 8(a) socioeconomic credit, providing Federal agencies a simpler method for procurement of services. The 8(a) STARS II design consists of two constellations (tiers) based on industry accreditations. Each of the STARS II constellations include four functional areas designated by the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS). IT Schedule 70 GWAC

Impact Innovations Systems offers SIN: 132-51 Information Technology (IT) Professional Services under GSA IT Schedule 70 # GS-35F-0038X to address mission-critical integration requirements. GSA IT Schedule 70, is the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government. Schedule 70 is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) multiple award schedule, offering innovative solutions to federal, state and local governments’ information technology needs. Ordering agencies may purchase services from the SIN listed in the price catalog on a firm-fixed-price or labor-hours delivery/task order basis. The firm-fixed or not-to-exceed price will be based on the labor categories and hourly rates (which may be discounted) awarded on the contract.

SBA 8(a) Program Certification

Under the US Small Business Administration 8(a) Business Development Program, Impact Innovations can receive sole-source government contracts, up to a ceiling of $4 million for goods and services.
